A 12-week athletic strength and power program focused on training like an athlete and improving performance.

Includes:

  • Three 4-week phases of training.

  • 5-day splits

    • 2 upper body

    • 2 lower body

    • 1 conditioning + core day.

  • Utilizing Triphasic Training to improve strength, power, stabilization, and speed.

    • Phase 1: Eccentrics

    • Phase 2: Isometrics

    • Phase 3: Concentrics

  • Mobility warm-ups for each workout and phase of training are included.

  • Demo videos and coaching cues for every exercise.

  • Tips on pre and post-workout nutrition and how to properly fuel your body.

  • How to make accurate macro calculations based off your goals and personal lifestyle (not using a calculator off google).

  • Ability to track your workouts all inside one app.

  • Equipment needed: Barbells, Trap Bar, Plyo Boxes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and Resistance Bands.

  • The workouts are on an app called MyPTHub where you can track every workout.
