As a 1:1 online client, you will receive 100% personalized programming based on your goals, experience, and lifestyle. 

  • Have 24/7 communication with me.

  • Everything is ran through a 3rd party app - free for you to use. 

  • Demo videos and coaching cues provided for every exercise. 

  • Workouts will remain the same for 4-5 weeks to focus on progressive overload and perfecting form. 

  • Extra things included: Mobility and rest day routines, educational information, meal prep ideas, healthy recipe ideas, self care routines, etc.

I will reach out and we will schedule an onboarding call to get to know each other more, discuss your training history, any past/current injuries, short and long term goals, non-aesthetic goals, and strategize a personalized workout plan.
